Because your Custom Bin will be produced to your exact specifications the configurator is not meant to be an exact representation of what your bin will look like. Rather the visual representation in the configurator is mean to be general estimation of the size, shape, color and features of the Custom Bin you are requesting quote for. If you have any questions about the specifications of your custom bin please ask your Dolav USA representative prior to placing an order.
1 Drain Plugs: Dolav USA is committed to customizing bins to match your needs. As such, drain plugs and bulkheads can be placed in almost any location on the bin. If you have selected drain plugs or bulkheads in your Custom Bin configuration please discuss the specifics of location with a Dolav USA representative prior to placing your final order.
2 Doors: During the manufacturing process of the custom bin cuts and welds will be made on adjusted length sides of the bin. As such, to maintain maximum structural integrity of the bin Dolav USA does not recommend adding drop doors, removable doors, or cut out walls to modified sides of your Custom Bins.
3 Casters: Please note that stackable thru-bottom casters are an available option that are not currently shown in the Custom Bin configurator. If you would like to add stackable thru-casters to your bin configuration please discuss this option with a Dolav USA representative prior to placing your final order.
4 Colors: Because Dolav USA is committed to matching and producing custom colors to your satisfaction a minimum number of bins must be ordered to use this option.
